Glass under taskbar bug

Just installed Windows 7 RC (7100) and got this weird bug. Worked fine in Windows 7 Beta (7000)

Only occurs on my laptop, it's an Acer Aspire 5310. Maybe it's the graphics adapter? Its got a crappy Intel GMA945 (and Intel's drivers, obviously
